9 Different Ways to Promote your Article

Submit your articles to thousands of article directories and get each article published to hundreds of websites and in front of millions of targeted prospects. By submitting your articles you are allowing other webmasters to publish your work and expose it in front of their visitors.

These webmasters are always in need of fresh content in order to stay in business as most of them rely quite heavily on Adsense income. By including fresh new content on a regular basis their websites will rank higher in the search engines.

Therefore, your articles will also be found in the higher rankings of the search engines which all lead back to your own websites through the resource box at the bottom of every article you write.

2 - Website Content

Use your articles as fresh new content on your own websites. Include an articles section within your website and make it easy for your visitors to find. A website that is constantly updating with fresh, original content will always have returning visitors. Articles make your website "sticky", meaning the same people come back to see your updates on a regular basis.

3 - Special Reports

Convert your articles into Special Reports and send to other webmasters to give away to their own customers as a bonus for signing up to their list or purchasing one of their products.

You can also use special reports to leverage an affiliate product you are promoting by giving it to people who purchase the product through your affiliate link. This will increase the value of the product you are promoting as well as the value of your Special Report. For this to work effectively you must have extraordinary content in your special report.

Submit a PDF Link

Search engines such as Google pick up and indexes PDF files also, so try to convert every article you write into a PDF file as well as HTML and include both on your websites. Most word-processors nowadays allows PDF publishing.

5 - Resell Rights

Try to offer your special report as a resell rights product to others and allow them to bundle several special reports together to form their own content based product they can turn around and sell or use as an incentive to gain subscribers. Make sure you DO NOT allow them to delete the resource box within your special reports.

You could, of course, allow them to include their own details at the beginning such as
"Sponsored By (Your Name)"
"Brought to you by (Your Name)"
"As a valued subscriber of (Your newsletter name)"

6 - Upsell Reports

You can offer an up-sell to the resell rights of your special reports. Instead of someone purchasing the resell rights to each individual special report you create you can up-sell them to a lifetime membership of all your special reports you have right now and will create in the future, for a one-time fee.

You could even get your articles and special reports written by an article writing service for as low as $5 per article, then turn around and sell a Lifetime resell right on it or even a membership to your articles and special reports database.

Method 7 - Leverage eBay

Have you noticed all those digital products on eBay selling for $1.00 or less and thought it was a waste if time? Most people think it's a waste of time, thinking you can't make any serious money selling products for $1.00. But they're wrong and here's why:
People selling digital products on eBay for $1.00 or less make money on the back-end.
Their $1.00 product instantly qualifies a buyer as someone who is quite interested in the topic or they wouldn't buy it, even though it's only $1.00.
By adding the small price of $1.00 qualifies the buyer as a more serious prospect over someone who obtained it for free from an opt-in page.
This doesn't mean opt-in pages don't produce valuable and targeted prospects, eBay is just another way to gain super qualified prospects for you to leverage when building your subscriber list at very low cost to you.

8 - Google Adwords

Although I personally dont like using adwords you can use Google Adwords to drive targeted prospects to your website by promoting your article and/or special report for free.
Your prospect will arrive on a landing page where you will capture their name and email address in exchange for the free report and/or article.
What I like is this can a good way of testing your landing page very quickly.

9 - Membership Website

You can create a membership website around your articles and special reports by charging a small monthly or yearly fee and give unlimited access to your articles and special reports located in a password protected area of your website.
You can even leverage off this membership website to gain affiliates who will promote the membership website in exchange for a commission.
Try giving your affiliates 100% of the monthly membership fee for everyone they refer for as long as they remain a member.

Remember, you are more interested in building your opt-in list and will make more money on the back-end. By giving your affiliates 100% commissions you will boost your membership subscribers through the roof.
It goes without saying, the more useful content you have in your articles and special reports the more effective these 9 techniques will work for you.
And if you haven't got the time to write simple 450 -500 word articles or 5 - 12 page special reports you can easily get them written for you by an article writing service for next to nothing.
