Make Money on eBay By Doing The Opposite of Everyone Else.

Ever considered buying a high school on eBay Real Estate and then maybe converting it into a home.With perhaps it's own luxury gym possibly a sports center or maybe adding a few special extras like a home office complete with movie theater or a lecture suite. Or maybe you could just have a few rooms converted and turn it into a upmarket hotel? You might think this is crazy but you are not Armand Morin (internet mastermind and super entreprenuer) who would give it a go if the price was right.

You assume he is an excentric who would persuaded in to anything but you would be way off base. No Armand Morin is no fool just very savvy, very sharp and an imaginative thinker who comes up with money making ideas beyond most people's wildest dreams.

Not only is this innovative thinker daring enough to consider such a project he would even do it without seeing the property. Ok so this is probably a pretty serious gamble in any ones book but the likes of Armand Morin and other like him laugh at others when it comes to convention.

It's all about the numbers and this old, decrepit high school that no-one wants to buy. It's on sale in the real estate section on eBay and the going price is $75,000. Now most people would glance at that and think regular thoughts like: "what would I do with a high school?"

But not Armand Morin he doesn't think of what is there but thinks out of the box at what are the possibilities for this project. How can he utilise the existing features of the building to turn it in to a profit of maybe two or three times his initial investment.All it requires is a lot of guts and a wicked imagination to complete the transformation.

His enthusiasm is boundless: "What if you had someone come in and you actually rehabbed the building and turned it into small offices? A high school is perfect for small offices. Or you could run a business incubator out of there.."

So doing business on the internet is not only confined to the buying and selling of web sites where its virtual and you're dealing with digital products for the most part. Armand directs us to the real estate link on eBay and a whole new world opens up.

At any one time there are possibly 900 to 1000 homes for sale on eBay so where do you start? He has ways to narrow the search down to the most beneficial buys. Once he narrows down his search he sorts it according to price.

When you apply a simple system of elimination the 'hot buys' are soon quickly found from those which have no profit potential what so ever.

And all of this property wheeling and dealing happens from the comfort of your own desk and your faithful computer. No tramping from house to house like a realtor. There are ways to safely buy and sell houses from a distance and get a guaranteed profit.

By using a simple system Armand Morin manages to turn his property purchases in to a 100% profit in days and never even collects the keys of the property.But that's something for another article..

Ok so the limits for selling property boil down to about maybe 10 or 20 deals a week so lets look at other options for applying the Armand Morin system. Yes of course eBay Motors where a SUV get's sold almost every 9 seconds that does increase the options some what.
